Description
The project was in two phases and is a mixed residential and commercial development of five individual structures ranging from cottages to three story maisonettes.
The development is off the main High Street in Lymington and is the regeneration of a brown field site in a very constricted area, through which public access had to be maintained at all times, whilst ensuring minimum disruption and complete safety.
Due to the relationships established during the project a number of additional works have been instructed to upgrade the existing retail units which are also owned by the client.
The works are within a conservation area and close liaison has been required throughout with the local planning authority.
During the works access has been given to our clients tenants fit out contractors and we have accommodated residential viewings as needed.
This scheme developed from the successful Cherque Farm project as a result of the collaborative relationships established there.
