NCE Contractor of the Year Award 2009 - Medium Firm Award
Following on from last years Highly Commended Dyer & Butler have won the 2009 NCE/CECA Medium Firm Award. The medium firm category is open to companies with a civil engineering turnover between £50m and £200m.

Dyer & Butler have achieved 15% growth at the same time as achieving a company wide zero Accident Frequency Rate and achieved more than two million man hours without a reportable accident, this shows another good example of the very focused approach to a strong safety culture within Dyer & Butler.

With the company being geographically stretched by expanding work loads in the regional offices in South Wales and South West, achieving a zero AFR in the year and with over 2 million man-hours completed without a reportable incident across the company, whilst improving gross margins is an achievement for the staff of Dyer & Butler, worthy of recognition".
