Eastern Docks Rail Modification - Southampton

Associated British Ports - Southampton have awarded Dyer & Butler the £1.16m contract for the Eastern Docks Rail Modification. The work comprises the removal & disposal of the existing rail tracks adjacent to Berths 38 - 41.  4000m³ of fibre reinforced concrete will be used to construct the base slab for the installation of the new rail to the reconfigured layout.
