What a Challenge! £5000 - Enduro Africa

In October 2008 Nigel Grace the Office Manager from Dyer & Butler Head Office is going to be taking part in “the ride for life” in aid of local charities in South Africa, with the support of Dyer & Butler Ltd.

It is setup to raise money to donate motorbikes and cash every year to help transporting casualties, medicines, and to provide health care to very remote villages!

The charities are:

• UNICEF
• Sentebale - The Princes’ Fund for Lesotho
• Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund

The plan is to fly to South Africa with some 150 other entrants, collect the Honda CTX motorcycles that they have purchased with the sponsorship money and then ride 2,000 kilometres, off-road, over 8 days on dusty and very demanding routes through the famous Wild Coast of South Africa. At the end of the trip the bikes and the money are handed over to representatives of the 3 Charities. The overall aim of this event to raise £300,000
