Newlands Common

West Waterlooville Developments Ltd; part of Grainger PLC, have recently awarded Dyer & Butler Ltd the contract for Newlands Common Section 278 – Main Access Works valued at £1.47m. the works over 26 weeks commencing this summer include reconstruction of the main roundabout to serve a proposed development of 2000 dwellings, consisting of a section of new dual carriageway, footways and cycleways, surface water drainage, service diversions, new street lighting, traffic signs, road markings and associated landscaping works.
