Prospect Business Park

Purbeck District Council has announced the awarded contract for Prospect Business Park, Victoria Avenue, to Dyer & Butler Ltd. The £900k project over a period of 29 weeks will include construction of the infrastructure to a new industrial park, including earthworks, ground stabilisation, services, drainage, construction of roads and footpaths and landscaping.
