Spray Point Breakwater, Sea Defence Wall

Dyer & Butler Ltd is delighted to announce the awarded contract for the Spray Point Breakwater, Sea Defence Wall for Network Rail. The works over a 30 week period include replacing the masonry outer shell of the storm damaged breakwater at Spray Point.

Work within the tidal range and restricted access consists of:

  • Replace 90m² of lost masonry with reinforced concrete
  • Recover and reset 20lm of granite coping stones 
  • Replace 15m² of reinforced concrete capping
