Phase II Stage Lane, West Medina Mills

SEEDA have awarded Dyer & Butler Ltd the contract for Phase II Stag Lane, Medina Mills, Isle of Wight. The project over a 26 week period valued at approximately 2 million includes reconstruction of 1.2km of the existing concrete access road (Stag Lane) into a new 6.75m wide industrial road complete with verges, footway/cycle route, highway drainage and new services, including various accommodation works to the existing property boundaries served by the existing road.
