MEET THE EXECUTIVE TEAM

Mike joined M Group Services as Managing Director of the Transport Division - Rail and Aviation in June 2023. Having spent thirty years in construction, Mike brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the role.

As a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and a Chartered Civil Engineer, Mike is keen to work on the Division’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Kirstie joined Dyer & Butler in June 2021 as Human Resources Director Dyer & Butler. Kirstie and her team strive to ensure that our People Strategy is at the heart of everything we do. Kirstie has over 15 years’ experience within transportation, within the Human Resources and Organisational Development field. In her spare time, Kirstie is passionate about volunteering, and runs a busy Brownie unit encouraging girls to be their very best - every Wednesday she goes by the name of Ladybird.

Chris joined M Group Services in January 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in Finance and Leadership. He has worked within multiple industries including Retail and Manufacturing, before spending 10 years in Construction. Chris enjoys and is dedicated to driving operational excellence through streamlined systems and processes, while striving to build a challenging and collaborative culture with everyone he works with. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, and is a keen Brighton and Hove Albion fan.

Anthony joined Dyer & Butler in 2007 and was appointed as Dyer & Butler’s Commercial Director in 2015. In 2020 Anthony was appointed Commercial Director of M Group Services Rail & Aviation division. Anthony has a wealth of experience in the infrastructure services sector having worked on major Rail, Aviation, Water, Utilities and Highways programmes of work for over 30 years. Passionate about business improvement, and continual development, Anthony chairs several working groups and forums and is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a contributor on CECA’s legal working group.

Mark joined Dyer & Butler in 2003 as a Site Manager on our framework at Heathrow Airport.  He progressed admirably through the company and has been instrumental to the growth of our Aviation Division, culminating in his appointment to the board in 2014 as Aviation Director.  Mark has over 25 years’ industry experience and is a results driven, self-motivated natural leader, equipped with strong interpersonal skills at all levels with excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem solving and attention to detail.

Chris has 31 years’ experience within the construction industry and joined Dyer & Butler in 2017 as a Rail Director bringing his extensive expertise in the Rail and Metro sectors to the business. He has successfully overseen an impressive range of high-profile, multi-disciplinary projects including civils, building, M&E, signalling and telecoms. Operating in a logical and structured manner and with strong core values, Chris has extensive experience of working closely with Clients’ teams, delivering infrastructure works in highly constrained and sensitive environments.
