M Group Services’ Rail & Aviation Division gives back to the community this festive season

It’s the season of giving, and we are proud to play a part. This year, we have been collecting food donations to help families who may be struggling over the festive period.

While our ‘It Starts With Me’ cultural safety programme primarily focuses on improving the culture and behaviours within our Division, the basis is connected to how we look out for one another, both in and out of the workplace.

We are incredibly proud of the generosity shown across Dyer & Butler, KH Engineering and Antagrade Electrical. A range of items have been donated, including essential items as well as some festive treats.

Speaking on the importance of supporting the communities in which we work, Steve Broom, Safety, Sustainability and Wellbeing Director at M Group Services’ Rail & Aviation, said: “Being able to give something back to support the people in our communities who may be struggling is such an inspiring thing to do. The generosity of our teams in their support of this campaign has been astounding and it really shows that the culture of our business is built on the basic principle of caring for others. We will look to extend this involvement within the communities in which we work as we head into 2024.”

Across the next few days, we will begin to donate these items to food banks in the communities close to each of our offices.
