Rail & Aviation support Pride

Recently, M Group Services Rail & Aviation Division’s EDI Group launched its ENABLE Network, compromising of six staff-led groups that focus on key areas of EDI, including LGBTQ+. Since its formation, members have attended Pride events and celebrated during Transgender and Non-Binary Awareness Weeks.

This year, representatives from our Division joined Building Equality to support those marching at London Pride and marched themselves at London Trans+ Pride. Wearing their hard hats and high vis, members across the industry came together to drive LGBTQ+ inclusion in the construction, engineering, and built environments.

Speaking on the importance of supporting and attending Pride events, Hiro Ng, our EDI Group’s co-chair, said “Pride is not just a celebration, it's a powerful protest for acceptance and equality. Let's carry this spirit of Pride beyond the parade, inspiring inclusivity in all aspects of our lives and workplaces.”
